Acceptance and Eligibility
By accessing a CoinCrown service, a user agrees to these Terms of Service and any rules presented inside the applicable service. A person must be legally eligible to enter into these terms or have any permission required under applicable law.
Registration and Account Security
Some mobile game features may require an account created inside the application. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Users are responsible for activity carried out through their account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Game Access and Acceptable Use
CoinCrown grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to access its services for their intended entertainment purpose.
- Do not interfere with service operation, security or other users’ access.
- Do not use unauthorized automation, exploits, modifications or deceptive techniques.
- Do not impersonate another person, misuse accounts or submit unlawful or harmful material.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy or commercially exploit a service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Optional In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
A CoinCrown game may offer optional purchases inside the application. The applicable offer and any relevant price are displayed at the time of purchase. Users should review the information shown in the application before completing a transaction.
In-game coins and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash. They are licensed for use within the applicable game, are not transferable property and may be changed or discontinued as the service evolves, subject to applicable law.
Intellectual Property
CoinCrown services, software, artwork, names, logos, interfaces and other materials are owned by CoinCrown SRL or its applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to users.
Service Availability and Changes
Services may be updated, interrupted or unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, product changes or circumstances outside reasonable control. CoinCrown may change or discontinue features, subject to applicable obligations.
Account Restriction or Suspension
CoinCrown may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect a service, investigate suspected misuse, address a breach of these terms or comply with applicable law. Where appropriate, the nature and circumstances of the issue will be considered.
Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. CoinCrown does not promise uninterrupted access, that every error will be corrected or that a service will meet every individual expectation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CoinCrown SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from service use or unavailability. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by law and does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as services or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use after an update may be treated as acceptance where permitted by applicable law and after any notice that may be required.
